Why choose The Big Brush Off?

Hydraulic Positioning Is Standard

Stop getting out of your cab to reposition your broom!

Imagine tackling a job like this without hydraulic angling!  You'll find yourself jumping out of your heated cab just to find that the linkage is frozen stiff with snow, ice and gravel.  Then you have to use your bare hands  to dig out all the debris from between the joints just to angle the broom the other direction.  Not very comfortable at -10°F.

Now imagine the alternative, stay in your heated cab, rotate the broom back and move the valve on top of the broom.  Adjust the broom angle using your joystick control, set the hydraulic valve back to neutral, and off you go.

Integrated Kick Stand

Here is a good example of a bad example.  Set your broom down like this and you'll find your bristles flattened out on one side.  It's tough to do a good job cleaning when only 75% of your broom is round.  You might as well order yourself a whole new set of bristles $$$.

Our competitors use manually adjusted kickstands that you have to get out and adjust.  You may want to evaluate how much hassle these stands will be before you buy one.  Ohhh, and if its cold and there is any frost on these, good luck trying to get them adjusted.  Pack yourself a hammer!

The Big Brush Off's patented design has an integrated kickstand built in.  No need for adjustment, the kickstand always keeps the broom at the right height.

35° Angling

Utilize your broom with a full 35° of angling in either direction.  The highest in the industry.  Get the jobs the other guys can't.

Low Maintenance

With only 1 grease able pillow block to maintain you'll see less downtime and more runtime.  The Big Brush Off features a direct drive system, which means no chains to adjust or grease.

Adjustable Ground Pressure

Our competitors advertise their brooms with the "right amount of ground pressure." ?!?!?  Ever wonder how one ground pressure works best on snow and that same ground pressure works best for gravel?  The fact of the matter is we all use different pressures for the cleaning jobs we do every day.  Whether you're scrubbing pots and pans, scrubbing the floor, or scrubbing those dead bugs off of your tuck bumper, every job is unique and requires varying degrees of down pressure.

The Big Brush Off gives you the flexibility to adjust the ground pressure to what ever your situation requires.  Our competitors with "the right amount of ground pressure" are only telling you that you had better plan on doing those tough jobs twice.
